Built from the inside of the industry

My experience in beauty hasn’t come from the outside looking in—it’s been built inside the system that actually brings products to life.

Over the past 20+ years, I’ve worked across global beauty manufacturing, product development, and commercial leadership—partnering with brands, suppliers, and executive teams to take products from initial concept through development, production, and launch.

That work has spanned everything from early-stage product ideation to large-scale commercialization, across multiple markets, channels, and categories. I’ve led product development and manufacturing across hundreds of SKUs, built innovation pipelines, repaired and restructured supplier relationships, and driven on-time launches in environments where timelines, cost, and quality are constantly in tension.

What that experience has made clear is this:

Great products don’t come from ideas alone.
They come from understanding how everything connects—what to build, when to build it, and how to bring it to market.

And most of that work happens in places that aren’t always visible.

Why Seeder Beauty Group

Seeder Beauty Group was built to bridge that gap.

After years working on the manufacturing and supplier side of the industry, I saw firsthand where development slows down, where communication breaks, and where decisions create unnecessary cost, delays, or misalignment.

I also saw how much more effective the process becomes when someone is able to connect both sides—what the brand needs, and what it actually takes to execute.

That’s the role I now step into.

What I Bring

I don’t operate as a traditional consultant.

I work as a concept-to-market operator—embedded in the process, managing the realities of development, and bringing full visibility across every stage.

That includes:

  • translating vision into something executable

  • aligning with labs and suppliers

  • navigating trade-offs across cost, quality, and timelines

  • keeping development moving toward launch

The goal is simple:

Clarity, alignment, and execution—without unnecessary complexity or delay.

How I Work

I partner with founders and teams who are actively building products and need experienced oversight across development and manufacturing.

Whether stepping in for a specific phase or working across the full lifecycle, my role is to ensure that what gets built is aligned, executable, and ready for market.

If you’re building a beauty brand and need someone who understands how this actually works—from the inside out—

I’d love to connect.
